We sent off an email to their tech support and they responded with in 3 or 4 business hours, but the response was just the typical "try again and make sure you put in the information correctly." That is a typical tech support response for any company, and we had of course already tried that, so we sent another email back immediately for further help.
A few business hours later, they responded and asked for more details and screenshot; another typical response. To sum it all up, we exchanged several emails over the course of roughly 2 days before the problem was resolved. Despite quick email responses, nothing is as good as technical support that you can instantly interact with, like phone or chat. Unfortunately, at this time, Roxio offers neither.
